httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name

Error:  httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using <IP address> for ServerName

Solution:  Add the ServerName parameter in the httpd.conf file as shown below and restart the server.

ServerName <hostname>:80
